Dear friend,

I don’t really have much to say about this one tbh. Teriyaki balls have never been so easy? LOL

What you will need:

  • Medium bowl
  • Wok/deep frying pan
  • Wooden spoon or spatula
  • Baking tray w/ foil
  • Chef’s knife and chopping board

Ingredients for balls:

  • Pork sausage meat 400-500g (you can remove the skin from sausages if you can’t find sausage meat)
  • 3 spring onions (chopped finely)
  • 3 garlic cloves (chopped finely)
  • Ginger- roughly same amount as garlic (chopped finely)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp flour (any)

Ingredients for sauce:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C/gas 4
  2. Chop garlic, spring onions and ginger I.e. prepare all ingredients
  3. Combine all pork ingredients in medium bowl
  4. Once combined,  roll into 24 equal sized balls
  5. Place on baking tray and bake for 15 mins (or longer if you like)
  6. After 15 minutes, remove from the oven and begin with sauce…
  7. On a medium heat, combine all sauce ingredients to the wok
