How I lost 9lbs in 2 weeks | Raw vegan diet

Dear friend,

I recently let my Facebook friends and family know that I was going to try a raw vegan diet for 2 weeks. I basically ate nothing cooked for a duration of 14 days. HARDEST 2 WEEKS OF MY LIFE!! Rather than have you read all about it, I decided to vlog my way through the journey. Hope you enjoy!

P.s. There are a few recipes listed below

Smoothie

  • 100g frozen raspberries
  • 1 cooked beetroot
  • 200ml apple juice

Teriyaki Salad Dressing

  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 5 tbsp light soy sauce
  • tsp fresh coriander (chopped)
  • 1/2 chilli w/ seeds (chopped)
  • 1/2 juice of lemon

Raw Curry Dip

  • 250g cashews
  • 200ml water
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
