It’s been a mad, MAD year. I went from working full time whilst completing my final year of uni, to working 66 hours a week (excessive, I know), to redoing my whole bedroom, to now. I won’t bore you with the details but I am pleased to say I’m back and I’m not leaving for a while baby!
A bit about the smoothie…..this is basically what I drank everyday for months, and there are only 3 ingredients in it. Figured I’d give you something easy and nutritious to get you back into the cooking life.

- 100g frozen raspberries
- 1/2 small beetroot (20g)
- 200ml pressed apple juice
- Frozen raspberries, Aldi, £1.29
- Beetroot, Aldi, £0.39
- Pressed Apple juice, Aldi, £0.99
