Berry Beet Smoothie

Dear Friend,

It’s been a mad, MAD year. I went from working full time whilst completing my final year of uni, to working 66 hours a week (excessive, I know), to redoing my whole bedroom, to now. I won’t bore you with the details but I am pleased to say I’m back and I’m not leaving for a while baby!

A bit about the smoothie…..this is basically what I drank everyday for months, and there are only 3 ingredients in it. Figured I’d give you something easy and nutritious to get you back into the cooking life.

P.s. my aim is to include some sort of video in every post – but we’ll see how that goes lol!

    Hello!
I came across your youtube video and am very inspired to give this a go. I just moved from Canada to Reading! Where would I be able to find beet root? Do you buy it frozen or freeze it yourself?
I lool forward to hearing from you!
    thanks

Hi! Thanks for the message and welcome to England! You can find beetroot (cooked) at any local supermarket. They don’t come frozen, I usually freeze them myself 🙂 let me know how you find the smoothie!!
