…some of my friends can’t cook. One, in particular, will be starting her first year of university this September and doesn’t want to live off of frozen foods and Chinese takeaways (and she certainly doesn’t want to starve). So being the amazing friend that I am, I’ve decided to make life easier for her and send her simple recipes to keep her alive during her 3 years away. She’s a 1st time chef so I won’t be asking her to baste and braise. However, being the daughter of a chef, it is not in my blood to create boring/tasteless meals (I like to respect my insides). I am fully aware she is a student so every meal will be budgeted.
