Dear friend, As you may remember, I went through that raw vegan stage (didn’t last very long lol). Anyways, this is basically what I ate everyday. Literally takes 5 minutes to make. And if you’re like me and don’t particularly like vegetables, don’t worry; all you can taste is pesto- courgettes don’t have a very strong flavour. P.s. Pesto contains a bit of cheese, so I technically cheated.

Dear friend, Had a chorizo and halloumi skewer at some restaurant and loved the combo; so I thought I’d add prawns & peppers and make it into a thing. Only 4 ingredients, under £5 (providing you already have a pepper), serves 4+, cooks in 15, and can be eaten in many ways.
